Responsible for the universal redesign of Transactional Triggered / Marketing emails. Recognized and acted on stakeholder needs, constraints, and preferences, developing into trusted advisor on top retail brand projects.

Created memorable, high-conversion customer experiences by seeing visual and UX‘s branded tools that serve business goals. A true believer that each part of the puzzle makes a difference in brand perception and in meeting sales forecasts.
